At ARGYRA.in, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for the convenience and security of our customers.
To ensure smooth order processing and to prevent fake or unconfirmed orders, our COD service operates with a small advance payment.
1. COD Advance Payment (₹200)
To confirm a COD order, customers are required to pay an advance amount of ₹200 at the time of placing the order.
This advance helps us secure the order and cover basic logistics charges.
2. Why We Take ₹200 Advance?
Many customers place COD orders and later cancel or refuse to accept the shipment.
When a parcel is returned, courier partners charge us two-ways shipping fees (forward + return).
To prevent such losses and to keep our product prices fair for genuine buyers, we collect this small advance amount.
3. Is the ₹200 Refundable?
- If the customer receives the product:
The ₹200 is fully adjusted in the final payable amount at the time of delivery. - If the order is cancelled after dispatch, refused at delivery, or rejected by the customer:
The ₹200 advance is non-refundable, as it is used to cover shipping and handling expenses already incurred.
4. Order Confirmation & Dispatch
- Once the ₹200 advance is received → your order gets confirmed.
- Order is processed and dispatched within the standard shipping timeline.
- Tracking details are provided for all orders.
5. Changes to COD Orders
Any changes to the order (address, product, etc.) should be made before dispatch.
After dispatch, changes may not be possible.
6. Important Notes
- COD is available on selected pin codes only.
- If a customer repeatedly cancels COD orders, COD service may be restricted for that account/address.
- Prepaid orders do not require any extra charges.
